Yes, we have passed ISO, SGS, CE and ANSI certifications.

2. How about Quality & QC?

All products comply with CE, and part of safety shower & eye wash also meet ANSI standard. 100% QC during production and before shipment.

3. What about the delivery time?

It usually takes 3-5 working days for small order and 7-15 working days for big order. Standard models are usually in stock.

4. What are your payment terms?

We usually accept T/T and Western Union.

5. Could I use my own logo?

Yes, your customized logo can be made by laser engraving, labeling, printing as requests.

6. Could I get a 1pc sample or place a small order first?

Sure. Samples or small order is available for quality inspection and market tests, but you need to pay for it.

7. Is the sample fee refundable or not?

It can be refundable once formal orders confirmed.

8. How long to make a sample?

3~10 working days which depends on the samples' complexity.

9. Could you help me design new items according to my own ideas?
