Quality
1. Have you got some certificates?
Yes, we’ve got ISO, CE and ANSI certificates.
2. How about Quality & QC?
All products are with CE certificate, and emergency eye wash & showers meet ANSI standard. We usually do strict inspections during production and before shipment to control quality.
3. What about the delivery time?
It usually takes 3-5 working days for small order and 7-15 working days for big order. Standard models are usually in stock. We can negotiate about the production time when there’s an urgent need.
Samples
1. Could I get 1pc sample or place a small order first?
Of course. You can order one or a few samples to check the quality.
2. Is the sample free or not?
You’ll need to pay it first, but we’ll refund when you place an official order from us.
3. How long will it take to make a sample?
For normal types, we can ship in 1 working day. For customized types, we’ll negotiate with our clients.
Customization
1. Could I use my own logo?
Yes, your customized logo can be made by laser engraving, labeling, or printing as requests.
2. Could you help me design new items according to my own ideas? Yes. In addition to OEM, we also have a professional R&D team to provide you with ODM service for developing new products.
3. I don’t want English labels, can I use my own language?
Yes, we can customize label in your languages, such as Spanish, French, etc.
