The safety padlock body is made by nylon which is more durable. Withstand temperature is from -40℃ to 160℃。Size is 45*40*19mm. Also, this body is made with the striped edge which is non-slip when using. The body can customized with print numbers or logo or moulded logo. So that you can identify the padlock. Body material can customized with ABS plastic.
This shackle is made by steel. Length is 38mm, diameter is 6mm.
Also, here is other types shackle. All the shackles diameter is 6mm. This is short shackle is 25mm, this is long shackle 76mm. This is nylon material shackle, which is used in the place has requirements of insulation. Rotate shackle to this side, it cannot be pressed down, which can prevent misoperation.

The fourth is Master differ key. Within a group, each padlock just has unique key, padlock cannot open mutually, but one master key can open all padlocks in the group. Can customize several groups, different master keys between groups cannot open mutually.
We support to record keys numbers which is convenient if you want to buy the padlocks same with previous orders.
There are 16 colors are available. If you need other colors, also can be customized. Also, the keys can have the colorful cover same with the padlock body. So that can distinguish when use in different department.
