The WELKEN padlock can achieve four functions: keyed to differ, keyed alike, master&alike, master&differ. According to customer needs, three-level management can be customized.
The first type is keyed to differ, each padlock only has one unique key, padlock cannot open mutually. And this key we called the first level management key, they are a simple function. Regarding more superior functions, we can set a group keyed to different padlocks, and there can add a master key to open all padlocks. We call the second-level management. That means in one group, each padlock just has a unique key, padlock cannot open mutually and padlock quantity in one group is decided by yourself, but one master key can open all padlocks in the group. Can customize the several groups, different master keys between groups cannot be opened mutually, which can satisfy different departments to manage.
Distinguish to “one padlock with one key” mode, we also push keyed alike series, which means within a group, all padlocks can open mutually, one key or several keys. Can customize several groups, between groups cannot open mutually. However, if you have the requirement, we also can add a master key to open all group padlocks, this master key, we called three-level management.
To be mentioned, the key has been retained, if the padlock is open, the key cannot be pulled out, only you finished lock, the key only can be taken.
Generally, the lock body is made of ABS, which is resistant to impact, corrosion, high and low temperature.
Nylon lock body padlocks are a new product. Compared to ABS lock body, the nylon color is not as bright as ABS, but its toughness will be better. And we also put different appearance lock body.
Shackle is heavy steel with chrome plated. Regarding the different using environments, there are different shackles to suit. Like nylon shackle, aluminum shackle, brass shackle, stainless steel 316 shackle, cable shackle. How to choose these shackle? For example, when you lock the circuit breaker in electrical, we need to use a nylon shackle, which can insulation. When in the chemical or oil industry, we suggest stainless steel 316, because its anti-acid, anti-alkali, anti-corrosion is best. If the environment is dirty, we also have this kind of dust-proof padlock to choose from. Stainless steel lock body and aluminum lock body also can be offered. Which needs minimum order quantity.
Generally, the shackle height is 38mm, regarding the different using environments, we also offer a 76mm height shackle and a long lock body to choose from.
About the lock body, there are 16 colors to choose from, for matching these padlocks, we also have 16 color key shells. According to customer requirements, the padlock could be printed code by laser.
