The miniature circuit breakers we use are generally divided into four types: 1P\2P\3P\4P. And their handles’ spacings are different, generally come in two types (12mm & 20mm).
According to the requirements of the EU&US standards, positions for the lockout and tagout devices must be reserved on the dangerous power source, and the holes are reserved ones.
As per the reserved holes, lots of lockouts and tagouts have been developed at home and abroad. Marst Safety Equipment (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. has developed two devices, mainly for the two different spacing breakers.
BD-8111 for 12mm spacing holes, and BD-8112 for 20mm spacing holes.
However, on the market, there are many brands of miniature circuit breakers, and some brands' are inner holes, like the Schneider circuit breaker.
Because the inner holes are relatively shallow, the pins can not be fully extended. Therefore, we have developed BD-8113, which is also our star product.
This model can lock almost all types of miniature breakers because it just locks the breaker’s handle.
There are two locking ways for this model. Horizontally & Vertically. Plus vertical locking is one of the highlights of this model. Because it can save more locking space when hanging many padlocks.
