The miniature circuit breakers we use are generally divided into 1P\2P\3P\4P and other forms. The spacing of the toggle switch handles of the miniature circuit breaker is different, generally divided into two spacings of ≤12mm and ≤20mm.
According to the requirements of the European Union and the American standard, the position of the lockout and tagout device should be reserved on the dangerous power source, and the small hole of the miniature circuit breaker is the reserved position of the lockout and tagout device.

However, some brands have reserved positions for the built-in type, that is, the small holes reserved for them are not transparent.
Due to the depth of the built-in reserved holes, the BD-8111 and BD-8112 locks we demonstrated just now, as well as most similar products on the market, sometimes the outward pins cannot be fully expanded. As a result, the position of the padlock hole of the lock cannot be matched, and the tagging and locking cannot be realized. According to this situation, we have developed the BD-8113 multi-purpose miniature circuit breaker accident prevention device. This type of product can lock almost all miniature circuit breakers, and it is not necessary to distinguish the spacing and whether the reserved locking position hole is transparent or built-in, because the product directly locks the handle of the toggle switch.
And BD-8113 has a very good advantage that we developed the lock hole with two directions. One is vertical, the other is horizontal. When lock in vertical, it allows to lock out 2 switches side by side when needed.
