Portable pressure shower eyewash is essential equipment for safety and labor protections, and essential emergency protection equipment for contact with acid, alkali, organic matter, and other toxic and corrosive substances. It is suitable for laboratory ports and outdoor mobile use in the petroleum industry, chemical industry, semiconductor industry, pharmaceutical industry, etc.
2. The performance characteristics

3). Sufficient space is reserved at the water outlet for rinsing eyes and face, and hands can be used to assist in rinsing if necessary
3. How to use
1). Fill with water:
Unscrew the blockage of the water inlet at the top of the tank, and add special flushing fluid or pure drinking water. With the filling of the flushing fluid inside the tank, the internal liquid level controls the floating ball to rise. When the yellow floating ball is seen blocking the water inlet, which proves that the flushing fluid is full. Tighten the water inlet plug.
Note: It must be ensured that the sealing thread of the water inlet is properly tightened, and the unaligned threads are not allowed to be tightened, otherwise the water inlet wire will be damaged, the water inlet will not be blocked tightly and the pressure will be released.
2). Stamping:
After tightening the water inlet of the eye washer, connect the air-inflating interface at the pressure gauge of the eye-washing device to the air compressor with an inflatable hose. When the pressure gauge reading reaches 0.6MPA, stop punching.
3). Water storage replacement:
The rinsing fluid in the eyewash tank should be replaced regularly. If a special rinsing fluid is used, please replace it according to the instructions of the rinsing fluid. If the customer uses pure drinking water, please replace it regularly according to the ambient temperature and internal management procedures to avoid the rinsing solution being stored for too long to breed bacteria.
When replacing the water storage, first depressurize the tank:
Method 1: Use the inflation quick connector to open the inflation port at the pressure gauge to empty the pressure in the tank.
Method 2: Pull up the water inlet to block the red safety valve pull ring until the pressure is emptied. Then unscrew the drain ball valve at the bottom of the tank to empty the water. After emptying the stored water, close the ball valve, open the water inlet to block and fill the flushing liquid.
4. Storage conditions of eyewash
The BD-570A eyewash device itself does not have the antifreeze function, and the ambient temperature in which the eyewash device is placed must be above 5°C. If the requirement above 5°C cannot be met, a custom-made special insulation cover can be considered, but the site where the eyewash is placed must have the conditions for power connection.
5. Maintenance
1). The eye washer should be maintained by a special person on a daily basis to check the reading of the pressure gauge of the eye washer. If the reading of the pressure gauge is lower than the normal value of 0.6MPA, the pressure should be replenished to the normal value of 0.6MPA in time.
2). Principle. The eyewash should be filled with flushing liquid every time it is used. The flushing liquid should be kept at a standard capacity of 45 liters (about 12 gallons) under normal non-use conditions.
3). If it is not used for a long time, the water must be emptied. After cleaning the inside and outside, it should be placed in a place with better sanitary conditions. Do not store with chemicals or leave it outdoors for a long time.
4). Precautions for applying pressure eyewash:

If you are in a working environment or a place with a dangerous environment, it is recommended that you add a certain amount of professional eyewash concentrate to the purified water to better ensure that the eyes and face are not damaged, and at the same time, it can prolong the retention time of the reserved liquid
D. If acid or alkali solution gets into the eyes, you should first use eyewash for repeated flushing, then use eyewash or seek medical assistance.
