The concepts of ABS dipping and ABS spraying are different. ABS impregnation is made of ABS powder impregnation, rather than ABS liquid impregnation.
1. The characteristics of ABS powder impregnated plastic: ABS powder has a strong adhesion force, a thickness of 250-300 microns, and strong corrosion resistance.
2. The characteristics of using ABS liquid impregnating plastic: ABS powder has poor adhesion strength, the thickness reaches 250-300 microns, and the corrosion resistance is very strong.
Second: according to the local winter temperature
Except in southern China, other regions will experience weather below 0 ° C in winter, so there will be water in the eyewash, which will affect the normal use of the eyewash.
To solve the problem of water accumulation in the eyewash, it is necessary to use antifreeze type eyewash, electric heat tracing eyewash or electric heating eyewash.
1. The anti-freeze eyewash can drain the accumulated water in the entire eyewash after the use of the eyewash is completed or the eyewash is in the standby state. Anti-freeze eyewashes have an automatic emptying type and a manual emptying type. Generally, the automatic emptying type is used.
2. In areas that can prevent freezing and increase water temperature, you should use electric tracing eye wash or electric heating eye wash

This type of eyewash can be moved to the desired location on the job site, but this type of small portable eyewash has only eyewashing function, but no spray function. The water flow for eyewashing is much smaller than that of fixed eyewashes. Only large portable eyewashes have the functions of spraying and eyewashing.
