Different countries have different requirements for the height of the eye wash shower. Here are the descriptions of the overall height and shower height of the eye washer of American and Chinese standard.
American standard: In ANSI Z358.1-2014, there is no specific data requirement for the overall height of the eyewash, but there is a clear data requirement for the height of the water column of the hedge shower: between 82 inches and 96 inches.
In the national standard: GB/T38144.1-2019, the installation height of the emergency sprinkler is specified in the provisions of Article 5 of the emergency sprinkler: the distance between the ground and the center of the horizontal pipe of the sprinkler is:
2080mm – 2440mm. However, in Article 8, the data range is defined as the data range from the ground to the rock under the shower basin.
