In a low temperature environment, the water will freeze in the eyewash pipe, which will not only damage the ball valve inside the eyewash, but also affect the rescue function of the eyewash. In severe cases, icing will cause damage to the eyewash. The water pipe was blocked, causing the eyewash to not work at all.
Draining the antifreeze eyewash is to drain the water in the entire eyewash after using the eyewash or when the eyewash is in standby state. There are two types: above-ground and underground.
A. Above-ground emptying and antifreeze eyewash, the water inlet is set above the ground, and the antifreeze device is installed inside the eyewash pipe:

After use, first pull up the rear emptying valve push plate to reset (the emptying valve is in the state of closing the water inlet and opening for emptying), wait at least 30 seconds (waiting for the water in the eyewash to empty), and then close the eye wash Valve or flush valve. It belongs to manual emptying.
BD-560D antifreeze type stainless steel automatic emptying eyewasher main body, foot pedal and base are made of 304 stainless steel. This eyewasher adopts foot pedal water supply before it can be used normally. After use, stop the water supply after leaving the pedal. At the same time, the water in the eyewash pipe will be emptied automatically, which can prevent freezing of the outdoor eyewash in winter.
