Within a group, each padlock just has unique key,
padlock cannot open mutually, but one master key
can open all padlocks in the group. Can customize
several groups, different master keys between groups
cannot open mutually.

Within a group, all padlocks can open mutually, one key
or several keys can open all padlocks in this group.
